Orchestra, choir, soloists, and chamber music all join forces for this special program of music by the Baroque master. Featured music will include excerpts from Ode for St. Cecelia's Day, arias and choruses from his oratorios, and the organ concerto in F major. James Crowley, professor of music at UW-Parkside, will provide historical commentary on Handel's life and music. A freewill offering will be collected for FPLC's Fine Arts Fund.
