T. Jared Stellmacher is back, and this time he's not alone. Director of Music and Organist at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hinsdale, IL, Stellmacher wowed us with a program of powerful masterworks just a couple of seasons ago. Now he returns with Chicago's Gargoyle Brass Ensemble. Formed in 1922 and named for the architectural embellishments at the University of Chicago, the ensemble performs widely at church and American Guild of Organists' concerts. The ensemble was selected as a finalist in the 2012 Chicago Brass Festival chamber competition.
