Join us for a survey of British composer Paul Ayres' choral music, led by the composer. May 5, 7:30pm at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Milwaukee.

With special guests The Milwaukee Children's Choir, Marco Antonio Melendez, director.

Paul Ayres is a freelance musician, working in and around London, UK. He is currently in the United States for workshops with the choirs at Renaissance School for the Arts in Appleton, and for the premiere of his composition The Harmony of Heaven and Earth at Northern Michigan University.

As composer & arranger, of predominantly vocal, choral and theatre music, Paul has had many works commissioned, performed and published. 

As choral conductor & musical director, Paul leads many groups - new music ensembles, choral societies, schools, church choirs, youth theatres, children's music workshops.

As organist & accompanist, Paul presents concerts and recitals throughout the world. 

Paul leads numerous music education projects, in various roles as composer, conductor, workshop leader, facilitator, and so on.
