The AGO - Milwaukee Chapter is presenting a series of Winter Workshops at Wauwatosa Ave. United Methodist Church on March 20th. The church is located at 1529 Wauwatosa Ave. in Wauwatosa. (Next to St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church on Church row). The schedule is as follows:

    9:00 am     Registration and arrival
    9:25 am    Welcome and announcements
    9:30 am    Workshops:
                Professional Concerns     Dr. Jan Kraybill CAGO
                Hymn Improvisation        Drew Rutz FAGO
                Choral Techniques        Lee Erickson
                The Alexander Technique    Luc Vanier
    10:30 am    Break
    10:45 am    Repeat of the above workshops
    11:45 am    Closing Remarks
    12:00 pm    Lunch at a local restaurant (optional and dutch treat)

The Alexander Technique is a system of reducing stress before and during a performance or recital. It can also be applied to other situations involving stress.

There is no charge for these workshops
